伝統 Our Tradition
宝暦三年（１７５３年）豊村野田の地（現・鯖江市）に創業。
九頭竜川水系の一級河川である日野川伏流水を汲み上げて使用し、福井県産米のみで醸す上質で美味しい日本酒を製造してます。
Yutaka Shuzo (Yutaka Brewery) is in Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture of central Japan, on the west coast of the country, facing the Sea of Japan, rather than the east coast facing the Pacific Ocean. Our brewery benefits from the clean underground water diverted from the Hino River that runs through the city.
由来 What’s Kashoku
当蔵の代表銘柄の【華燭】結婚式の際に新郎新婦への餞の言葉として贈られる≪華燭の典≫が由来です。
大正天皇のご成婚（1900年）を記念して名づけられました。
YOur brand name Kashoku (a classic word for “wedding candles”) was originally to commemorate the 1900 wedding of Crown Prince Yoshito, who ascended the imperial throne in 1912.
